TERMS: 2% discount payment with order. 25% deposit with order and balance C.O.D. (1% discount applicable). Customers with established credit: 1% discount 10 days from invoice or 30 days net. 1½ % per month Service Charge starting 30 days from date of invoice. Prices are subject to change without notice.
All accounts are due & payable in Tyler, Smith County, Texas.
DELAYS IN DELIVERY: IF SHIPMENT IS IN TRANSIT MORE THAN 2-3 DAYS, PLEASE CALL US. We will have a tracer put on the shipment. Do not accept such a shipment from the carrier until you have inspected the contents. Usually if you accept the damaged shipment, the carrier will not honor a claim. We shall not be responsible for the loss or damage caused by delays from strikes or other causes beyond our control.
GUARANTEE: We use utmost care to keep varieties true to name and will replace any portion of the stock that may prove otherwise. It is agreed that the original price shall be maximum damages to which the purchaser is entitled. No guarantee of growth or productivity is made on nursery stock sold at wholesale prices.
All roses are shipped freight collect and in perfect condition when they are accepted by the transportation company, If there is any DAMAGE ENROUTE from being broken, heated or frozen, ASK THE AGENT OF THE DELIVERING CARRIER TO INSPECT THE SHIPMENT UPON ARRIVAL, marking on express receipt bill of lading the condition of the package and amount of damage, etc. Filing a claim is your responsibility, but we will work with you should it be necessary.
GRADING AND PACKING: All roses are graded according to the American Association of Nurserymen's standard of grading. Bareroot bushes are packed in polyethylene lined cardboard boxes.
CLAIMS: Claims must be made in writing within ten days of delivery. We cannot be responsible for condition of stock after it has left our control.
DELIVERY: We begin shipping Jan. 2 (Occasionally can ship mid Dec.) and ship through April 15, unless supply is depleted. We have refrigerated storages to keep roses dormant for Spring shipments.
WARRANTY: Liability in all instances is limited to the purchase price. Orders shall be void should delivery be prevented or injury befall the stock from flood, drought, freeze, or other causes beyond our control.
